Mutton snack

Ingredients 

Mutton

Curd

Red chilli powder

Corriander powder

Ginger garlic paste

Mint leaves,corriander leaves

Pepper,Salt

Oil

Method

  • First pre boil the boneless mutton cubes
  • Mix curd with red chilli powder,corriander powder,pepper,salt,ginger garlic paste and grounded mint and corriander leaves and one spoon of oil
  • Marinate for minimum 30 min in refrigitator
  • Heat the tawa and place the pieces one by one the tawa
  • Fry it individually (i.e) do not mix one piece with other.
  • Serve hot
