Chicken snacker

Ingredients 

Chicken boneless 

shallots (small onions) 

ginger garlic paste 

corn flour 

maida 

curry leaf 

red chilli powder

salt,pepper

Method

  • Mix corn flour,maida,pepper,salt and chilli powder with water
  • This shoud  be thick batter not of dripping consistency
  • Add chopped shallots and curry leaves
  • Add ginger garlic paste to this mixture
  • Now add chicken to this batter and keep in refrigitator for minimum 30 minutes
  • Deep fry in oil in medium flame
  • Serve hot
