Ingredients
Chicken boneless
shallots (small onions)
ginger garlic paste
corn flour
maida
curry leaf
red chilli powder
salt,pepper
Method
- Mix corn flour,maida,pepper,salt and chilli powder with water
- This shoud be thick batter not of dripping consistency
- Add chopped shallots and curry leaves
- Add ginger garlic paste to this mixture
- Now add chicken to this batter and keep in refrigitator for minimum 30 minutes
- Deep fry in oil in medium flame
- Serve hot
