Chicken Chettinad

Ingredients

Chicken - 500gms
Cinamon - small stick
Cardamom - 2
Clove - 2
Tomato - 200 gms
Onion - 200 gms
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 20 gms
Corriander powder - 20gms
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Jeera powder - 10 gms
Pepper corns - 8-10 corns
Aniseeds - 5 gms
Curry leaves

Method
  • Broil cinamon,cardamom,clove,pepper corns,aniseeds and grind it.
  • Boil the boneless chicken cubes
  • Heat oil,add onions and brown it
  • Add Ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,corriander powder,chilli powder to it
  • Add boiled chicken to it
  • Add the ground masala and tomatoes
  • Sprinkle water and cook till raw smell goes
  • Garnish with curry leaves
