Boneless chicken -500 gms
shallots - 100gms
onions - 250 gms
green chillies - 4-5no
tomato - 1 small
pepper corn - 10 corns
coconut - 4-5 strips
corriander powder - 1 spoon
turmeric powder - 1 spoon
curry leaves
pepper
salt
oil
Method
- Grind shallots,green chillies,coconut,pepper corns together
- Heat oil,add onions,saute till it turns transparent
- Then add pepper,salt,turmeric & coriander powder
- Cook it till the raw smell goes
- Add chicken pieces and saute it
- Now add the ground mixture and also finely chopped tomato
- Add water and let it cook for 15 - 20 min
- Finish with curry leaves
